The Obi Obi Motorcycle Show is organised by a Obi Obi Hall sub committee consisting of hall and Blackall Range Motorcycle Club members.

Held on July 16th 2017

VELOTHON is a series of cycling events held annually around the world. These events offer amateur and hobby riders an opportunity to compete in a professionally organized cycling race. Participants get to choose from various distances and race formats that are generally held on closed off and secured roads. In 2017, the series races are being held in Berlin and Hamburg (Germany), Wales (UK), Sunshine Coast (Australia, Edmonton (Canada), Stockholm (Sweden), with around 50,000 riders participating.

A new food swapping venture at Obi Obi hall

Food Swaps are local gatherings where people swap excess homegrown produce and gardening extras. Items may include fruit, vegetables, herbs, flowers, eggs, seeds and seedlings; but may easily extend to garden aids, skills sharing and stories. With the aim of sharing delicious food, creating friendships, building stronger communities and to reduce waste
