Front door and foyer, the electricial cables are ready for the return of the meter box back to its origional place.
Main door – as a safety precaution,all the external doors open outwards , with a locking system using panic bars required for the main door.

The electricial wiring at the hall has been re-configured to suit modern power requirements, with wiring and timber supports provided for the future installation of ceiling fans .
The Association has been given some chairs, used but in good condition.
